My broadband went down last week. When I viewed the streaming speed etc... I noticed On MY SKY APP, it showed devices connected to my WI-FI. Amazon Fire Stick GEN 2. I have no idea what or where that came from. I know what devices are running off/through my sky wifi. any ideas please. Or how I investigate more?

Do you use powerline adapters? If so & left on default settings, they can occasionally link up with a neighbour's powerline adapters, creating a bridge between the two networks. If you do have them, power them down inititially to check that clears the device, then use the pair function to create a secure connection. That should break the bridge.
