    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the weekend we have been have on and off issues with our internet. Sometimes in the evening it is a lot slower than it normally is despite the same number of devices being hooked up to it and the same amount of traffic from it. And for the last two mornings we have woken up to a red light displayed on the router, no wifi and the necessity to turn it off and turn it back on again (which usually fixes it). However, we cannot have a service that we cannot competely rely on, and it has been flawless up to this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am having the same problem. Yet when I do a test connection it says everything is working but box has no internet light a red one at the end. Putting price up at end of the month but we are not getting service we pay for.</description>
