Yes from sky regarding compensation for my broadband.

@Shane84 Do you have a question about the email? Note we're fellow customers here not sky support

also note that auto compensation is paid to your sky account within 30 days of the fault being fixed and used against future bills and cannot be refunded to bank unless the sky account has been cancelled
