Useless broadband

Thanks Sky for providing broadband that continually drops off up to 10 times day, dumps me out of meetings, makes seraching a nightmare............I'd also like to say thanks for making getting in touch so difficult, I'm so happy to pay a fortune each month for intermitent broadband, no support and generally a pretty crappy service.

I can't wait to leave!

@Kevic
If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

Apart from a potential queue to speak to an agent what trouble are you having in calling Sky? Just dial 150 from your landline phone. It's worth adding that Sky broadband is a domestic service so whilst it's fine to use it for work purposes it doesn't bring any quicker or extra support.
