    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you not heard anything Sky sending me a new hub to try everything is working OK at my end connection wise and at Skys they do not know how yo resolve!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since 28 feb connected without Internet after having no previous issues.&amp;nbsp; Spent approximately 6 hours talking to various sky staff only to be told the problem is mine. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
