WiFi on iPhones keeps freezing when on sm or games

When playing games or videos on Facebook sometimes the WiFi freezes. Still have connection to router but videos stop. If you then scroll to something else it fine. Kids getting very frustrated and telling me to go back to bt internet

@Richanddon games and videos will freeze if the wifi signal in the area the phone is being used in has a poor wifi dignal especially if therecis interference from neighbouring networks. The latter can sometimes be helped by rebooting the Sky hub but the best solution is improving the WiFi signal.

Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

It doesn't seem to be signal strength as that's pretty good all around our house. Just every now and again videos will not load or buffer. They may start to play then buffer. Never had that problem with bt running 150mb where as sky 300mb
