&lt;P&gt;With Sky Q you had the benefit of all your Q boxes acting as boosters for your WiFi signal. When on Max this doesnt happen so you may be suffering with lower signal strength.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for websites being blocked, have you checked to make sure that Sky Shield is disabled in your account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since changing to sky q to max we've had issues. Some devices not being able to connect and several websites being blocked. We've gone through the help tips, we're having to use our data whilst at home. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
