    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always had issues with sky broadband and have been told many times it is fine. It has recently got much worse and is constantly not working not connecting to phones, tvs or google hub. Tonight it has stopped connecting to the tv over ten times in a space of two hours. What can Be done about this as if it can't be sorted I will be looking elsewhere for broadband&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Although you might&amp;nbsp;have done this previously&amp;nbsp;if this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
