Internet keeps going off

My internet has been going on and off for the last 3 weeks. Now it's starting to annoy me. The boys are gaming and get shut down, we are using our data without knowing it and films are stopping playing. My CCTV is extremely important but 3 times the time has jumped 20 minutes exactly when a person needed to be recorded. At first, we thought he had a device to block our CCTV. The wife wants to leave sky because it does not deliver the speeds it says it would and we have never had so many disconnections from any supplier
