Hi please can I cancel our visit scheduled tomorrow 8-10 as the internet has come back on, originally it told us to book an engineer due to the voice and internet buttons being off- but woken up this morning to all the lights being green again. No need for an engineer. Thank you.

It is quite likely the vidit will be cancelled automatically as Sky/Openreach will know the service is back up.
