Hi,

I have reported this issue when I first joined Sky, but it has not improved since. My Wifi is way too slow and disconnect too often. I cannot even do whatsapp calls or watch videos on social medias or the wifi disconnect or does not load. This has now become too inconvienient for me to do the bare minimum with my int

@Nathanael is the issue a slow connection to the hub or poor wifi in your home? Sky domguarantee a minimum speed to the hub which you can easily check by running the service checker in the My Sky app if you click on the link with the kast test speed it will give you the last month's test results and the guaranteed spedd for your line. If speeds are low it should offer more help.

If as thst isn't the issue its likely to be poor WiFi coverage in your home. Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
