We have had connectivity issues since changing WiFi. We have been with sky for nearly 7 years. Moved from BD10 to BD17 and since the move 6 months ago, our WiFi has been shocking.
we have even upgraded our WiFi as suggested by a sky employee to the latest version (white box). This is worse than the box we had before.
my husband cannot use his gaming consoles, even with an Ethernet cable the signal is not strong enough to go online.
2 out of 3 of our tvs constantly have connection problems, ranging from loosing connections mid movie, to not connecting at all when turning the tv on.
the signal checker says everything ok but it certainly is not.
we have even gotten WiFi extenders to see if this helps, and it makes minimal difference.
I am so dissapointed by this, if we were not in contract then we would have definitely switched provider by now.
I need an engineer to visit our home to diagnose the problem. at this point, a conversation on the phone is going to be pointless and needs to be thoroughly checked over in person.

I am assuming by BD10 and BD17 you are talking postcodes, I take it in the first instant you have not lost internet speed by moving to a different area or the signal checker says everything ok or it is not due to an outage in your area which I have at the moment. If it is with the wifi in your new home see if you can change the wifi channel on the Sky Hub / router. You can usually download an app onto your mobile to check which wifi channel is best for your location just in case neighbour(s) is / are on the same channel as you. I am on Sky Q and use the wifi signal between the Hub, Main box and two Mini boxes, but use an Ethernet cable from the hub to a TP-Link Powerline adapter which uses the internal mains cable for data transfer around the house, so have another adapter upstair in the office and a third one in the lounge for the heating control. Not sure if it will work for you but it is a thought. As an example TP-Link TL-PA717Kit AV1000 Nano Powerline Gaming adapter Starting Kit, I am running an AV600 version which is fast enough for my needs, that kit is around £20 on Ebay. You must check your incoming internet speed and service is OK and at the speed you expect. Look on the TP-Link website at what they offer. I do also have a TP-Link Powerline wifi range extender as well which get the signal out to the garage behind the house. Hope you get sorted.
