WiFi guarantee

We've recently joined sky and have the new max hub, we live in an old barn conversion as such the WiFi doesn't reach either end. How do I go about getting an additional router or extender to solve this?

You would need to upgrade to WiFi Max so get a single extender for an extra £4 pm. To get more I believe you have to have a technician visit to make sure you know how to plug something in. Even then the maximum is three.

I would suggest you'd be better off buying your own mesh system outright.

Right, I think we have sky max, hence I want the extender but not sure how to go about it. Last time I rang sky I was on hold for 45 mins before giving up, am I best to just endure the hold music do you think?

Note that the WiFi Max subscription is seperate the Sky Max Hub. If you are paying for that then yes, you'll just have to endure the wait I'm afraid.
