      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4130466"&gt;@Setag&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;boosters need to be positioned in an area with good wifi signal from the hub so no more than hafwsy between the hub and where you need the boost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Losing signal one room from the hub is unusual but possible if the wall is very dense or thick or but check the problem isnt something simple like a radiator blocking the signal as any metal, including foil faced insulation board, will block the signal totally. Positioning the hub out in the open on a surfsce above obstructions like radiators should help. Otherwise placing the booster in the hall where it can pick up the signal coming through the door may work .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
