topic WiFi issues in Broadband

Hi

Since we signed up to sky the wifi in our house has been the worst it has ever been despite on paper supposedly being upgraded. Connection regularly and on a daily basis drops out making work very difficult. Also on our tv it the sound and pictures are on different timings so if someone is speaking it doesn't match up with the mouth moving. Very disappointed this needs fixing as we are not getting the service we paid for.
