    <description>Ok, this is annoying. I just wrote a detaled post only to be bounced out &amp;amp; made to sign in again. The brief version is that I have Fibre 500 but clearly not getting the expected bandwidth. Sky stream has been giving 'cannot load program...' and my work video calls have been reporting poor connection quality today. If I measure with fast.com from my phone or laptop, I only see 50-70 mbps. Your broadband test tools don't find anything wrong though. I restarted the hub, but the problem persists. I moved to Fibre 500 precisely to avoid this sort of problem. Please investigate and resolve.</description>
