    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use websites for work and for some reason Sky Broadband won't let the websites load.&amp;nbsp; I had no issues with these websites while we have BT Broadband installed.&amp;nbsp; How can I fix this as I need to use these websites ASAP for work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then scroll down and click on Product Settings then Broadband Shield and change the option to 18.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
