topic Poor intermittent WiFi in Broadband

WiFi is constantly dropping out and weak and intermittent. Unplugging a resetting is a far too frequent activity and only 9 achieved at best with the new white router and with a sky booster in place. WiFi service here is very poor from sky and I use it for business calls too on teams. Need an engineer to visit to optimise outputs.

This is the same problem I have had for a few days now, but service checker is reporting everything is working correctly and that there are no issues in my area. This happened last week as well. It is very frustrating.

Same for myself. Its only since I recieved the new hub and put on a new contract (long story - check my post!). I have a 3 story house and on my old broadband (with Sky) I had signal everywhere. Now, I cannot even get it in my next room!.

M
