Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Hi - My router seems to drop out/reset/reboot several times a day. The sympton is all wifi and internet connection is suddently lost, the router LED's have all gone off, except for the far left LED (power?), it then take about 1 minute to re-boot and the wifi and internet connection to be re-established. It is only a mementary drop out, it seems to immediately re-boot, but it takes a minute or so to re-establish connection and if I am working from home and mid meeting it is a real probelm. This isn't a power supply issue as all other devices in the house operate as normal without any evidence of a power outage. Thanks.
