Hi my WiFi is connected to my devices but the connection is not even voice message on WhatsApp are not being downloaded and I can't send messages it keeps loading why? And you guys are supposedly the best and you offered me the ultra fast but I can even download voice messages?? I need this fixed asap

You are only talking to other Sky customers here and not Sky support.

Have you checked your broadband shield settings:
