      <title>Wifi/Internet keeps cutting out</title>

      <description>Over the last week or so my wifi has been cutting out several times a day. I work from home and this is causing me a lot of wasted time. Why is this happening?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked &amp;amp; tested the connection multiple times &amp;amp; it says there aren't any issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the router multiple times too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At my wits end tbh&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Jules did you manage to sort this problem? I have recently switched to sky fibre 150mbs and have had the same issue. I called sky today who had instructed me to reset the router "didn't work" or upgrade. I'm thinking of switching whilst in my 14 day cooling of period. Have you been with sky long or is this a recent problem as other people are having the same issue recently and say this issue has started in the last two week's. Hopefully it's not long term &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grimacing_face:"&gt;😬&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Daisy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been on Fibre 150 since Oct 24.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the last 2 weeks, it has started dropping connection sporadically, but the last couple of days.....arch! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_steam_from_nose:"&gt;😤&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;🤬&amp;nbsp; It's at least every hour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only reset everything about 2 months ago due to an app on sky stream kept disconnecting &amp;amp; not loading again for ages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From your reply it does appear to be a 'sky' issue if affecting so many. My bad for not investigating further &amp;amp; finding that information myself.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate you for responding to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you get yours sorted...you could tell them that you will upgrade but only if they agree to let you return to cheaper option once this 'issue' has been fixed?
