We have tried to troubleshoot broadband and wifi few times and reset the router, changed the network cable port but this keeps on happening. I will call Sky to get them to perhaps swap router and see if this will fi it. Thank you for your advise on this

For the past few weeks we keep on having issues with wifi that keeps on dropping. First sound is out of sync so we have to keep on flicking to different channels to get voice or sound synced but that happens few times and on top of that, wifi drops and we have to restart router several times a day. We have Sky Glass but wifi also drops on our mobiles

@Andy197611

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
