We have had problems for the last week with Internet dropping and then flashing g yellow. We have had two engineers out so far who say it's sorted and the low and behold it happens again the next day. Getting really tired of it now it drops for about 2 hours or so every single day but checker on the app says nothing is wrong.

@GP1982 if you have a partial fibre service consider if any equipment in your home switches on or off when you lose connection. VDSL signals can be affected by interference especially and if you dont have a modern prefiltered mastercsocket as any old phone wiiring can act as an aerial. Full fibre is pretty much immune from interference so thst wouldn't apply.

If you suspect that maybe the issue unscrew thecface plate on the master phone socket and connect the hub to the test socket behind it. Thst bypasses the internal wiring assuming nobody has been botchingtge wiring. Asking Sky to change the master socket is also a possibility.
