    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,I'm with out Internet now for 23 days,I can't connect any devices,it's just saying connected without internet.iv been on to sky and they sent our engineers to check the line and it's ok.STILL NOT WORKING,they replaced all my equipment,STILL NOT WORKING.,got a message today saying the fault it fixed,STILL NOT WORKING.i call the help centre and each agents tells me the same thing,(reset your hub press this,press that etc etc).I've contacted sky and explained it's still not working and they are saying that they are raising a fault and it can take 5 to 10 working days to fix.i asked for my contact to be cancelled so I can move to a different provider they said that I'll get a discount (for a service that I'm not receiving).is there any one I can contact regarding this issue or is there a legal team I can contact regarding the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Moving to a different provider might not clear the fault if the company you go&amp;nbsp;with also uses the same openreach network.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,thanks for the response,I'm with sky ireland and the owner of the line which is eir have sent out a engineer and said there is no fault on the line the fault is within sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
