Lost all internet on fibre broadband. No phone line or internet on broadband hub. Checked and restarted the hub - Internet light not lighting up. Reset - the same. Did the online test and it won't work until I turn off WiFi and use 5G, then says all is fine. Just cycles on WiFi. All device in the house have no internet (Amazon dots down etc.). Checked phone line - no tone. Logged onto sky hub - says internet disconnected; yet checked says all is fine when it clearly isn't.

Has been dropping connection intermittently but just quickly (noticeable when streaming or work etc.). Renewed and went for gigs from ultra plus and tried saying this to the person had no interest. Now all down.

Yep and the app won't let you progress as it says all is fine. Restarted everything, no effect. The lights are on, except z internet (not even orange) and fibre wall connect lights are all on except LOS.

It has just returned here; but the annoyance aside from the connection issue, is their 'online support' constantly saying it fine and all is working, when it clearly isn't!
You just then are stuck in a cycle and have to rely on a forum, rather than actual tech. support etc.

If that is the cause your connection should be back by this morning.
