      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a returning customer looking at getting broadband.&amp;nbsp; everytime I try to buy it online I get right to the end to confirm and then it crashes saying they're having technical difficulties please try again later.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying since yeasterday.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't instill me with confidence!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told by Sky that recent leavers are prohibited from new customer deals. I found this when trying to sign up for a second time after having to cancel the initial order. Like you, it went all the way to the end of the sign-up before failing. The only way I could force it through was to select the option that I was moving to the property. Might be worth a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
