      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having issues with my internet. My Sky TV won't connect to my Sky Router, and I'm getting poor quality internet on my laptop and other devices (e.g. I couldn't even do a Teams call this afternoon, I had to switch to my phone's hotspot). I have Gigafast fibre so shouldn't be getting these issues. Nothing has changed in terms of my setup, the router is in the same place it's been for the last 5 years. Issues have been going on for a few days now, and even before that, intermittent connection is been a common issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dean&lt;/P&gt;</description>
