Last Wednesday my WiFi stopped connecting to my laptops (work and personal) - shows as connected to my network but pages do not load - multiple calls to sky and all I keep getting is texts requesting more Information - which when I call to provide this they advise the same thing everytime - no closer to a resolution and unable to work from home, revise via my distance learning course or connect reliably via our mobiles - sky are only concerned with the line speed which is always fine....has anyone had this issue also?
