      <description>&lt;P&gt;The LOS light is a physical problem such as a cable break between you and the headend.&amp;nbsp; It’s not something you can fix. &amp;nbsp;You’ll need to phone it in to Sky and they will arrange for Openreach to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
