Connecting issues

Hi , we have connection issues in other rooms - seems like the hub is just not strong enough to service the entire home .

the pucks even disconnects saying no WiFi when the hub lights are white and on .
puck sometimes makes a strange noise .
home testing is saying all is good but something is wrong

Which hub do you currently have and have you always had this issue with WiFI range?

its the white router with the black pucs that cam with the fast fiber BB thst i had installed in november / december 2024

yes its never been the best

@Deancole1979 Seems like you need some booster pods to cover your home. You can claim these for free if you have the wifi max addon
