      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have been looking to sign up to Sky Broadband as my current contract with my current provider is coming to and end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started my sign up through GoCompare who had Sky 500 with a sign up gift card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went through the details inputting all information, inputting my current provider details in etc so Sky can cancel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the page where it mentions equipment delivery it stutters and then the page says 'Unfortunately we have encountered techinical issues'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot go no futher, I have tried 3 times and I have also had and email come through from current provider saying the disconnection fee is underway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So before I've even managed to join sky my current service has been cancelled and I cannot find a contact number anywhere for help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if this is concering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi both,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for taking the time to reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was having issues on Chrome and on the iPhone browser, I tried using Microsoft Edge and it seems to have allowed me to get to the final steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please mark as resolved, thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
