Internet dropping out every 15 min - started when I said I was leaving sky?

The internet is dropping out constantly.

Checks say it fine (I can only check the service when it's back up and running so of course it's working NOW)

I'm leaving Sky Broadband in 10 days - coincidence? I hope it is.... TV may be cancelled next if this does not work!
