Hub is saying it's enabled but neither of my wifi repeaters are picking up the 5ghz and both were yesterday. I have reset all devices. ( by also following basic physics and pushing the reset button 😉 )

@ORed all current Sky hubs should broadcast a single dualband SSID what makes you think your hub is not doing that.? The 2.4G`Hz band has less range than the 5GHz band due to simple physices so devices further from the hub will only connect to that band.

@ORed while its possible the hub's 5GHz band output has failed its not a likely fault. Sky will swap a faulty unit if asked but before calling them I would check by funning a wifi analyzer app on a phone to rule out an issue with your WiFi repeaters. If you have a white hub they can use up,to ch165 which not all devices can use the black hubs use ch36 with a 80MHz bandwidth.
