We have had nothing but problems from day one with the wi-fi and are at the end of our tether.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We keep getting disconnected from the wifi intermittendly. When we do have a wifi connection the strength is so poor we are unable to connect to our meetings. Could it be a faulty router? Is there something else we should be doing / can do to improve this service?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We can't get through to a human, all contact is digital and we find ourselves going around in circles.
