Poor connection for over two weeks in a small studio

I have been having issues with my connection for over two weeks now. I live alone in a small studio flat, and I have a maximum of two devices connected. I have done everything recommended but still no solution. Everything is extremely slow, if it works at all. Do I need to call in to get it fixed?
