Broadband not working

My broadband will not connect to my tvs in my house this is happening every few days I'm not paying £31 a months for WiFi that doesn't work if this isn't sorted I will be blocking the money from leaving my account

Not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you can't cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involve a debt recovery company.
