    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey. I'm new to sky I ordered the tv and broadband as I moved into my home 3 weeks ago. The tv streaming box arrived last Monday but the router still says 'awaiting dispatch ' and 'activation soon' . Is it normal to still have no update on hub being delivered as the activation date is 10 march&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm new my tv ack has arrived and broadband hasn't yet, I got help on here yesterday advising it's few days before activation I will recieve my router. I have logged on to check and it's a message saying " there's been a problem. Try again later" that was last night so I have tried this morning and it is still saying this. Would anyone have any advice please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
