      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you, Ive reached out but the conversation being on a webpage/online along with the infrequency of replies without notification makes it difficult to track or keep on top of checking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there an alternative method of comminication?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im keen to get this sorted as today is another day where the wifi has gone down, pretty much 5 in a row with inconsitency and random dropouts hours on end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not ideal when theres incoming price increases and we are not getting the service we are paying for&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
