Wonder if you guys can help me. Trying to connect my Ring garden camera to the wifi, it connected after five or six attempts but it doesn't have strong enough signal to load the video feed from the Garden camera on the app. So i moved my booster from upstairs to the living room which is 2 metres from the camera. It's still not getting enough signal. I wonder whether my Sky Booster is even working, all 3 lights are green on the front and i've tried pressing and holding the wps button on booster and then router but that doesn't seem to have helped.

i wonder whether since the Sky man came and installed it, because i've changed my Sky wifi router name and password whether that's stopping the booster from connecting to the wifi?
