Upload speeds dropped

Since moving to this property in 2022 we have had Sky Broadband Superfast and normally had download speeds between 30-50Mb and upload speeds between 10-20Mb. Sometimes the upload speed would drop to 1Mb but a router reboot would reset the connection. Since December the upload speed has been constantly sitting at 1Mb.

I've followed the advice around rebooting the router and the wifi booster and there has been no improvement.

I've captured some of the info I've seen asked for on other posts:

Distance wise we are less than 0.5 miles from the nearest exchange.

Speed test result I've run that shows faster upload speeds consistently

2 of us fairly often work from home several times a week and 1Mb isn't really a sustainable upload speed and I'm scratching my head a bit. Any advice is much appreciated
