Sky max hub not showing in products

After 2 weeks sky max hub is still not showing in my products page despite following all instructions.

Also I wasn't aware that the hub isn't compatible with sky Q boxes so in 2 of my bedrooms the signal is rubbish on phones and keeps dropping out.

Thanks, however not needed as I've returned my sky max hub as its an awful product
