topic Internet not working in Broadband

Since having my sky internet installed I have had really bad service with my connection. My ring doorbell won't work at all and won't connect. Every evening my phone will buffer if I am working and internet connections will cut out and I have to use my personal hotspot. This evening it's stopped working all together so I have no sky tv also. This is not what I expected from sky and if this can't be resolved I would like to cancel this service as I haven't had a day so far with good connection or been able to connect my doorbell which is needed at my property for Safety reasons ! Please can someone get back to me with what I can do to resolve or cancel this service if it can't be fixed

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. Sky won't get back to you. They won't know who you are anyway as you appear to have cancelled your Community account.

If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. Remember that if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
