    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening I upgraded my broadband but the speeds are up and down most of the time we are just getting buffering I have been in touch with sky over this issue a few times before upgrading but nothing changed I ask if we was entitled to a new router on upgrade as I think this could be the issue but was told no so now we have had the faster speeds for a week now the problem is still the same I would like to cancel my broadband service with your self s thank you marc banks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As we are customers here who help each other you will need to call Sky to speak to them about this. Depending on the contract you are on you might not be able to cancel unless you are in a cooling off period&amp;nbsp;which if there is one is usually around 31 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
