      <title>Sky Broadband not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband is not working. The internet connection is showing as amber. I have have done all the troubleshooting and rebooted multiple times. Please don't share the link to your service tracker either, as it is saying there are no issues. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Was this the line test you ran:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If nothing was found then your only option is to call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. &amp;nbsp;The self diagnostic tool says everything is ok, but obviously not, as there are only 2 green lights and 1 amber. &amp;nbsp;This has been happening continuously every day at random times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
