Cannot access new Sky router admin settings

hi.

Just changed from Onestream to Sky and having issues as predicted.

I cannot access the new Sky router SR203 admin page beyound the Summary which I get to by addressing 192.168..0.1.

If I try and access any tab or link I get;

'Hmmm… can't reach this page
It looks like the webpage at http://192.168.0.1/sky_support.html might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.'

I get this on my MacBook using Google and Safari. I get this on Windows 11 using Google and Edge. I can access the settings via Android tablet. I have rebooted the router with and without any ethernet cables attached (there are 2).

The fact you can access via Android suggests an issue with your other devices. Do you have pop-ups blocked in the browsers or AV?

Thanks for the reply. I had no problems with accessing the previous Onestream router settings. I have no pop ups blocked on the Mac. Very little installed on it at all. It's a fresh install running Ventura.

All I can tell you is I have no issue accessing it from Firefox, Edge or Chrome on W11. Clicking on one of the tabs should bring up a login box, but is is HTTP & not HTTPS. So if not a pop-up blocker, maybe some other security setting?

Ignore the fact that I've changed the IP address.

Still can't get access to the router. I have tried one machine running Windows 7 and one 11. One MacBook running Ventura, an ipad and an iphone. The only one I got access on was the android tablet. I've given up now.

If you haven't already, try a factory reset by holding in the button for 20s or so until the power light flashes.
