BBC SOUNDS AND TUNE IN RADIO NOT WORKING ON SKY BROADBAND

Hi there is anyone else in Ireland experiencing any issue playing radio stations through apps on their phone via sky WiFi? Both will not play or connect but if I go out of the house with play fine on my mobile data. So it's not the apps it has to be the WiFi
