&lt;P&gt;The good news is very few apps can use 100Mb/s let alone the over 200Mb/s you report.the only activity thst gets faster is downloading which many servers limit so it is rare to see speeds over 500Mb/s sustained for that activity. As a few examples business apps like Teams uses less than 10Mb/s, streaming video in UHD/HDR never gets much above 30Mb/s online gaming uses around 10Mb/s etc etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am meant to have 900mps, Guaranteed 600 but when using my box, the max download speed i get is 240-250. I've tried resetting and the checker says my broadband is fine but it's not. What do I do to fix it?</description>
