&lt;P&gt;You will need to call Sky and explain the issue. Did you arrange a Sky Home Move as you may need to rearrange your engineer appointment?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the non return of the lost hub you'll be charged up to £75 depending on which hub it was&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
