      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I get my cables extended? I asked them to do longer cables when I got my sky installed and when they came out to change my wifi box as the cables are insanely short. I asked twice and I've never been told or provided with longer cables so they are very short (the last engineer just pulled on the box).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
