      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very poor service, Been shocking for 4 weeks, Said problem has been fixed today and now won't work at all.. anybody got a number to ring now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will be leaving them asap as shocking service and reliability&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still doesn't work, then get put through to a daft automated service.. reported this days ago, Had an email this evening saying they had been out as fixed the issue. They have actually made it so it does not work AT ALL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there an actual number you can ring to speak to an actual person to complain?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happening at my home I've rang them multiple times and they keep telling me different things said it would be fixed weeks ago and they'd have someone out and haven't was told it would be back yesterday and wasn't ... Thinking about just cancelling it now&lt;/P&gt;</description>
